Yu-Gi-Oh! Card Analyzer provides a platform for users to:

• Grade and evaluate Yu-Gi-Oh! trading cards
• Receive professional PSA-style certificates of authenticity
• List and trade cards in our marketplace
• Participate in community forums and discussions

Our platform operates on a credit-based system:

• New users receive 100 free credits upon registration
• Each card grading costs 10 credits
• Credits can be purchased through our secure payment system
• Credits are non-refundable and do not expire
• Unused credits remain in your account indefinitely

While we strive for accuracy in our card grading:

• Grades are provided using AI-assisted analysis
• Results should be considered as estimates only
• Professional third-party grading may yield different results
• We are not liable for discrepancies in grading assessments

When using our marketplace features:

• Users are responsible for accurate card descriptions
• All transactions are between buyers and sellers
• We are not responsible for disputes between parties
• Listed prices are set by individual sellers
• We reserve the right to remove fraudulent listings

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate information when registering
• Not engage in fraudulent activities
• Respect other users and maintain civil discourse
• Not upload malicious content or spam
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Provide accurate payment information
• Pay all applicable fees and charges
• Accept that all credit purchases are final and non-refundable
• Understand that refunds are issued at our sole discretion

Yu-Gi-Oh! and all related marks, logos, and characters are trademarks of Konami Digital Entertainment. This platform is not affiliated with or endorsed by Konami. All user-uploaded content remains the property of the respective users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yu-Gi-Oh! Card Analyzer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
